| Leadership Conference: The annual Spirit Leadership Conference is intended for all dancers and cheerleaders striving to be leaders within their schools. This conference is intended for athletes of all ages. The vision of this conference is to educate Spirit Leaders in the following areas: • How to develop and maintain respect between teams in the spirit industry; • How to advocate for the sport; • How to be ambassadors for the team, school, and entire spirit industry; • Provide formal training with skills and personal behavior/attitude; and • Develop professionalism within our sport. This is an excellent opportunity to reward, develop, and grow your current and upcoming team leaders. |
